Case Summary Ms. Mann, who was licensed in Illinois in 1979, was suspended for two years and until further order of the Court. She made false and defamatory statements about federal judges, failed to pay sanctions imposed against her by the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and represented a client before that court after being stricken from its roll of attorneys authorized to practice.
