Case Summary Mr. Nagler, who was licensed in 1969, was censured. Between 2000 and 2002, he failed to timely file estate tax returns and pay taxes due on his late father’s estate. Further, he failed to properly account to a trust beneficiary about his activities as trustee of his father’s testamentary trust.
