Case Summary Mr. Bensky was licensed to practice in Illinois in 1983 and in Michigan in 1975. He was suspended in Michigan for a minimum of 180 days for neglecting the appeal of an employment benefits matter and for failing to comply with conditions of discipline imposed on him. The Supreme Court of Illinois imposed reciprocal discipline and suspended him in Illinois for six months and until further order of the Court.
