Case Summary Mr. Bacci, who was licensed in 1975, was disbarred on consent. He pled guilty to the theft of $755,000 after he settled an elderly couple’s personal injury case without the clients’ knowledge and misappropriated the proceeds. Suspended on an interim basis since June 2, 2003, he is now serving an eight-year prison sentence.
