Case Summary Mr. Griffin, who was licensed in 1994, was suspended for two years and until further order of Court. He solicited prospective clients in traffic court matters, engaged in verbal abuse and assault of others, repeatedly failed to appear in court to represent his clients or respond to his own criminal charges, resulting in arrest warrants being issued against him, and converted $215 of client funds.
