Case Summary Mr. Erwin, who was licensed in 1980, was suspended for fifteen months. He arranged for a female client to perform nude dances for him in his office after hours in return for credit on her legal fees, fondled the client, and then made misrepresentations to police officers who subsequently investigated the client’s allegations. The suspension is effective on October 7, 2008.
