Case Summary Mr. Daugherty, who was admitted in 1985, was suspended for one year and until he makes certain restitution. He fraudulently obtained a $15,000 bank loan, then lied about his conduct in an answer that he filed in an adversary proceeding brought against him in his Chapter 7 bankruptcy case, and in a deposition in that proceeding. The suspension is effective on April 9, 2007.
