Definition of Disposition A suspension with conditions reflects a determination that the lawyer has engaged in misconduct and that the misconduct warrants both an interruption of the lawyer's authority to practice law during the suspension period, and the imposition of conditions with which the lawyer must comply. She was suspended in Wisconsin for one year for mishandling client funds in a real estate matter and for failing to cooperate in the disciplinary proceedings. Illinois imposed reciprocal discipline and suspended her for one year, retroactive to the date of her Wisconsin suspension, and until she is reinstated in Wisconsin.
