Disposition Suspension with condition(s)
Effective Date of Disposition 01/28/2002
End Date of Disposition

Case Summary Mr. Horn was licensed in 1989. In 2002, he was suspended for four months, ordered to complete ethics school, and was required to take twelve hours of continuing legal education in real estate and estate planning. He was disciplined because he formed a partnership with a non-lawyer. Mr. Horn complied with each of the requirements of the Court’s disciplinary order, except for the continuing legal education requirement. As a result, he was suspended until he completes the twelve-hour continuing legal education requirement and until further order of Court.
