Case Summary Mr. Fleischmann, who was licensed in 1979, was suspended for sixty days. Between 2008 and 2011, he did not diligently pursue two civil cases involving separate clients, resulting in the cases’ dismissal on multiple occasions. He also made a misleading statement to the ARDC when he claimed that one of those matters was progressing. The suspension is effective February 7, 2014.
