Case Summary Mr. Fawell, who was licensed in 1977, was suspended for thirty days. He neglected a client's criminal appeal by failing to file a brief on his client's behalf after he had been granted several extensions of time within which to do so, causing the appeal to be dismissed, and he did not inform his client that her appeal had been dismissed for almost two years. The suspension is effective on October 9, 2007.
