Definition of Disposition A suspension with conditions reflects a determination that the lawyer has engaged in misconduct and that the misconduct warrants both an interruption of the lawyer's authority to practice law during the suspension period, and the imposition of conditions with which the lawyer must comply. As a result of Mr. Payton’s delays, the client was ordered to pay $9,055.14 in sanctions. The suspension is effective on December 3, 2010.
