Case Summary Mr. Levin, who was licensed to practice in 1966, was suspended for thirty days. He assisted a client in transferring five rental properties into trust for the benefit of the client’s wife while a citation to discover assets was pending in a case in which the client’s former tenants had obtained a $1.75 million judgment against him. The tenants' children had been poisoned by lead paint in the building in which they lived and which was owned by the client.
