Case Summary Mr. Maciasz, who was licensed in 1992, was suspended for one year. While employed as a full-time attorney at successive law firms, he secretly operated his own separate law practice. He submitted an employment application to the second law firm that contained false information, including falsified tax records, in order to hide his outside income and clients from the firm. The suspension is effective on October 13, 2010.
