Active Status

Computing the time from the date you were first admitted to the bar in any jurisdiction, if you were admitted:

Before 1-01-2005

Between 1-01-2005 and 12-31-2006
$105.00

Between 1-01-2007 and the present
No Fee

Regardless of when you were admitted:

If you were born before 12-31-1932
No Fee

If you are serving active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States

No Fee

If you are serving as a justice, judge, associate judge or magistrate of a court of the U.S.A. or of the State of Illinois or are collecting a pension based on service in such capacity (does not apply to administrative law judges)

If you are serving as a law clerk, secretary, or administrative assistant to a judge who is exempt from the fee
