CHANGE OF ATTORNEY'S REGISTRATION ADDRESS

Supreme Court Rule 756(c) requires that each attorney notify the ARDC of any change of address within 30 days of such change.

An attorney may change his or her registration addresses on-line.  Click here to register on-line,   Login requires your web access ID number, your registration number (both of which are printed on the annual Registration Form and ID card) and your date of birth.  An attorney may also change his or her registration addresses by sending a letter to the Registration Department or by clicking here to print the Change of Registration Address Form and completing and mailing it to ARDC, Attention: Registration Department, 130 E. Randolph, Suite 1500, Chicago, Illinois 60601. The letter or form may also be sent by facsimile to the Registration Department at (312) 565-0997.  The letter must be signed by the attorney himself or herself.

As the business address designated by an attorney has legal significance in disciplinary proceedings and for registration purposes, ARDC does not accept address changes by telephone or e-mail.
