NOTICE OF MCLE CREDIT
(updated November 15, 2011)

The seminars presented by the ARDC, as an Accredited CLE Provider with the MCLE Board, listed below, have been approved for general MCLE credit in Illinois by the Illinois MCLE Board ("MCLE credit" - see S.Ct.Rule 794(a)) and have also been approved for professional responsibility credit ("PCLE credit" - see S.Ct.Rule 794(d)) by the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism. The ARDC sponsors a limited number of accredited open-enrollment courses. Those courses where the enrollment is limited to by invitation only are indicated below.

2011

The Certificate of Attendance distributed at the end of each program is to be maintained by you for your records. In accordance with MCLE guidelines, the attendance record each registrant signed will be maintained by the ARDC as proof of attendance. If you need to verify your attendance and/or need a duplicate Certificate of Attendance, please contact the ARDC CLE department at seminars@iardc.org or call 312.565-2600.

Some courses offered by the ARDC are open only to respondents in disciplinary matters or are by invitation only. At the present time, the ARDC sponsors a limited number of accredited open-enrollment courses.
