The ARDC is an Accredited CLE Provider (see "Illinois Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission") with the Illinois MCLE Board. These recorded webcasts have been approved for general MCLE credit in Illinois by the Illinois MCLE Board ("MCLE credit" - see S.Ct.Rule 794(a)) and have also been approved for professional responsibility/legal ethics credit ("PCLE credit" - see S.Ct.Rule S.Ct.Rule 794(d)) by the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism.

recorded webcasts are available 24/7. Once you have registered, you will
be able to access the program and accompanying materials as may times as you
wish but you may claim CLE credit for only one viewing.
PLEASE NOTE (Lawyers in the N-Z compliance group):
If you have registered for and viewed any of the above webcasts on or before June 30, 2011,
you may claim CLE credit for it on your compliance report for the July 1, 2009
through June 30, 2011 MCLE Reporting Period.
If you have trouble
printing out a certificate on or before June 30, you may still claim credit for
completing the webcast on your compliance report to the MCLE Board.
The certificate of attendance issued at the completion of the webcast evidences
your attendance and is to be maintained by you in your CLE records. Do not
send certificates of attendance to the MCLE Board. Please
email seminars@iardc.org to request a
copy of a certificate or to verify attendance.
Providers do not report individual attorney attendance hours to the MCLE Board and the MCLE Board does not track the CLE activity of individual attorneys.
Illinois attorneys are required to track their CLE credit earned.
